We currently ship within South Africa.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During peak periods, processing times may extend slightly. Please allow additional transit days for delivery.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Domestic Shipping:
    • Standard Shipping for orders over R6000: 3-6 business days | Free
    • Standard Shipping for orders under R6000: 3-6 business days | R150
    • Overnight Shipping for orders over R6000: 1-2 business days | R150
    • Overnight Shipping for orders under R6000: 1-2 business days | R350

Note: Delivery delays may occasionally occur.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, including your tracking number(s). Tracking information will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

eWorkshop.co.za is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier immediately to initiate a claim. Retain all packaging materials and damaged goods until the claim is resolved.
